Connecting two forms based on initial opinion scale response

Hello, I’m trying to connect two forms… the first one users are prompted to select / submit a score from 0-10 (opinion scale). Based on responses in this first form, I’d like to follow up with a series of questions in the second form. I understand the concept of hidden fields, however it doesn’t seem to apply to this particular scenario. If so, some guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @Segment Welcome to the community! It sounds like you may have seen this article already, but you’ll first want to setup the two forms to pass information from one to the other.

Then, in the second form, you can use logic jumps based on those hidden fields to show only the questions that are relevant. This article here can walk you through setting up those logic jumps. 😀
