Olá, 

Eu cancelei a minha assinatura mas não recebi nenhum e-mail para confirmar o meu cancelamento e também não sei quando o valor será estornado/cancelamento para a fatura do meu cartão. 

 

Não encontrei a informação na página de vocês.

I can't find the solution in the link you provided.

I can't get a refund for the purchase on my card and I haven't received proof of my cancellation. I'm searching. I bought wrong and canceled the same day.
