I am trying to do a survey and would like to be able to use numbers as the response choices rather than letters.

This request is couple years older and I was wondering when this feature will be available, if yes.  I have a similar need for questions that are compliance driven in nature.

Hi @Saif Arif While we don’t have this currently planned, I’ll add your vote to the request!
