Can I create a custom chat icon in pop-over embed mode?
I would like the button say “Report an Incident” for example instead of the default icon.

The downside is that the options only allow you to add an image, so it would be a bit difficult to add text into that image that’s legible.:( You could try using a symbol to represent what you’d like to say instead, if that works for you.

Is there some specifics about the image we can use to custom icon?
I’m trying to do it with the chat version and whatever size or format I try, the icon get blur on desktop version (but not on mobile 
)

I'd suggest to use 54px values as base size for your icon.
