can't publish survey

Hi @karanh Hello and welcome to the community!

This error message appears when the password on the account has been shared and another person is accessing the form at the same time as you. Do you happen to know if this is the case? 

If not, you may also have the form open in another tab, which could be causing the error. 

Let me know if either of those apply!
