Hi @ChristopherRealMarketing60 Thanks for stopping by the community! By sent to your inbox, do you mean the results of the form? If so, you’ll first want to be sure that you have follow-ups enabled here and that you’ve published any changes to the form. 


I need to get copies of completed surveys emailed to me please. I cannot see how to set this up. Thanks.

Hello, I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve followed the instructions shared on this post about setting up a follow up email to send to respondents. Tested it out myself but I am not receiving a copy of my answers in the email.


Hi @mariasupport Thanks for popping by the community to ask! This might seem trivial, but have you published the changes to your form? Sometimes, publishing the changes is the only fix needed!
