Contact info, e-mail or phone are not set in other languages in the chat embebed option

Hi guys

I guess there is a bug in the chat, for both “Contact info” and “Phone” or “E-mail” questions are not set in Spanish or other languages, that wouldn’t be a big problem but for the +1 instead of +34 or other country codes in the phone number input.

Is there anything I’m missing in the config or is it a bug? Thank you in advance.

Hi again, @javierserer  - I can confirm that it is a known issue that the contact field doesn’t translate into other languages. Though, I don’t have any information as to when/if this feature will be added.

Hi @javierserer So I understand correctly, are you looking to have the default country code in the phone field in chat to be something other than +1? If so, we don’t have a way to change the default country at this time, but I can share this feedback with the product team.
