Embed in a web page error

An error appears when you insert into a website, as shown in the image.
It worked well at first, but suddenly it appeared.
The symptoms occur in chrome.
What's the solution?

I have an HTTPS site and I still get this: form.typeform.com sent an invalid response. error. Why is that?

It’s only on the IP address of my residence.  I do not know why.  We rebooted the computer, I went to work. Where it works fine.  


what would make an IP address not load the typeforms?
