I had the form ready to be sent and as I intended to zero out the responses, I duplicated the existing one and put the new link in the email. But I'm receiving an indication that no one can open it and the image that appears attached to this request for help:

@Paula Caet - did you publish the duplicate form in the Builder? just creating it won’t make it live, you would need to in and publish it. 

(that’s typically the problem)
