Help, My form won´t publish and my plan won´t upgrade...

I am trying to upgrade my plan so I can publish my form.. but, when I try to upgrade it just says my upgrade will go live in september… I need it live now so I can publish. 

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @StineBustillo If you happen to currently be on a yearly plan, it’s showing the date change on the date that your next bill would be due. Though, if you’re still running into troubles upgrading plans, our billing team can help look into this further for you if you contact them via your account email here!
