Is it possible to use the launch in email feature using Gmail? We don’t use MailChimp or Hubspot. Our Mail Merge System (YAMM) uses an email that we create in the drafts folder of gmail.

Hi @a)planmax Thanks for stopping by the community!

I don’t think it is possible to start the form in an email using the HTML code because of the limitations of Gmail, but I could be wrong! Tagging @mathio in case he happens to know of any workarounds.

Otherwise, you could add an image of the first question of the form in Gmail and then hyperlink to your form as a workaround, too.

Hey @a)planmax

In general, it’s not recommended to use Gmail as your email provider when sending mass emails. It could harm your “email reputation” and you may end up in spam.

Instead, you should rely on solutions like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Sendgrid, Mailgun, Mailjet… to send both your transactional emails and markerting emails.

If you still want to send HTML email via Gmail, the trick is to paste your HTML code into a page, open it in your browser and basically copy paste the rendering in the body of your email.
