Picture choice question embedded in email isn't properly shown in email

Hi,

I tried to embed a picture choice question in an email, but it doesn't show the pictures correctly. It seems to be something not working in TF according to my Tech colleague. Could someone help me figure out wat's going wrong?

@Renee - what email platform are you using to send your message?

We send emails from our own backend which is created by our own Tech team, but it's linked to Mailgun. And since the rest of the email is working like it should, I'm wondering why the icons aren't displayed.
