If someone else creates a survey in their account, can they share it to me to a completely external account so I can have editing rights?
We paid someone to create a survey, but its in their account. We need to be able to get this survey to our account. Is this possible?

if the other person is an agency partner of typeform, you can add them to your account (it doesn’t count as a seat) and then they can move files into a workspace that you share with them (ie to which you give them permission)
if they are not, you can raise a ticket with Typeform Support and ask them to move a copy of the file from the source account to the target. When you create the ticket you will need to explain the situation and provide the email address and contact name of the individuals on both sides./accounts. The Support team will confirm with you both and they will move the form in question for you.
I had to do the latter many time prior to becoming an agency partner.
