Hi @Javier Alejandro Martin When I visit the URL shared, it shows me the screen below. 

Do you have a different URL you can send that has the VideoAsk embedded? 

I have embed exactly the same iframe, in one I got answers in the other not:

Hey @Javier Alejandro Martin 

If your embed is showing the reply button rather the answer type it’s normally one of two things:

It could be to with the camera and mic permissions - are you copying the embed code directly from VideoAsk?

Or it could be that your webpage doesn’t have a valid SSL certificate, in which case VideoAsk will open in a new browser window to make sure it’s a secure connection for responses.
