 I’ve set up a video ask, but keep getting this message when i use the share link: This site can’t be reached.

I can see the project/elements when i click on EDIT but i can not see anything when i click on VIEW 

 

I’ve also tried

logging out and back in.

Duplicating the project

Also tried incognito window

I’ve also changed from STREAMED to UPLOADED

Hey @Jamie Buttigieg are you able to share the URL to the videoask here? It looks like you’ve set up a custom domain too, so I’m just wondering if it’s got something to do with that, but let’s start with the URL and do some testing!

Great stuff @Jamie Buttigieg ! Looks like the DNS record hadn’t propagated, might be worth re-creating the CNAME record and starting again?
