I have a VideoAsk that has a “Video of the Week”, and then after that step, the can go to the ‘Archive’ and watch old Videos of the Week.

Sometimes, I’d like to send my customer one of the old (‘archived’) Videos of the Week because it directly answers a question they have. Right now they have to go through the first, irrelevant video to get to the important video, which they then have to find by title.

How can I just send them a link to the specific video I want them to see?

Any suggested workflows? Am I right that a direct URL is not possible?

Hi @Mister Mac Admin Happy Tuesday! I hope you’re having a great week so far. I moved your post under the VideoAsk category so the right folks can help you out.

@Grace.H might have an answer to this!

Hey @Mister Mac Admin 👋 Welcome to the VideoAsk Community!

We currently only provide one share link which takes you to the first step of a videoask, we don’t offer a share link for each step. However, you could workaround this by splitting your videoask into two (or multiple) videoasks, redirecting respondents from one to the other. This would allow you to have a share link for each of those steps, and you can still route respondents from the first video of the week to the archive.

Do you think that could work?

Yes this could work. Thanks!
