Can you take a user out (using an outbound link) and then back into a Typeform without interrupting the journey?

Hi there,

I am using Typeform as part of a test survey. I am using the first set of questions / pages within Typeform to gather some info from the respondents, and then am asking them to complete a task on a prototype (using an outbound link), and then ideally I would like the user to be linked back into the same Typeform journey so they can have access to the last set of pages so I can know gather more information and see who has completed the test.

Is this an impossible task? Is there a way to link the user back into the same Typeform journey, through cache perhaps?

Would appreciate any thoughts or tips :-)

Thanks

George

Hi @GeoTalbo Happy Monday! Thanks for stopping by.

Since we don’t save the answers until the respondent clicks the submit button, I’d suggest splitting up the form into two and in between the two forms, the respondent could complete the task. This way, you can be sure that they’ll submit the answers to the first form without losing that progress.

@vickioneill or @Paulo may have other suggestions I’m not aware of! :grinning:
