Hi, Is there a way for my customers (future customers) to receive emails directly to their personal inbox? Currently, all of my initial emails are going to their SPAM folder. How can I fix this?

Hi @Wegs I’m afraid we have no control over what inbox the notification emails are sent to, but you could ask your respondent to mark the email address as safe so that if they receive another notification email, it goes directly to their inbox.

@Wegs - if you are referring to your follow up emails from your ESP/CRM after the typeform is submitted, then you should look at an email marketing expert’s ‘training’ on how to get out of spam.. 

if this is the case, then I would look at someone like Ian Stanley’s materials.
