get value of total response and value of limit response?

those value , I want to display on the starting page/landing page/welcome screen/ws. so that user aware that form is available  for how many left.

plus my suggestion is, for now the limit is only set by numbers, can we custom the limit of dropdown dates and then have their own limits response based on list of that dates.

I saw there is available to show number of submission but I want to show how many sit left based on number of limit I have set
