Hi! I signed up for a paid plan to access a custom subdomain (using my company’s name). However, I found out after I signed up that it was already taken. What options do I have?

Hey 
You can use any subdomain that isn't being used at the moment. Would you have another option for your custom subdomain?
The account that is using your company's name might be an employee from the same company. It might be worth checking internally if someone has a Typeform account and discuss if you should have a team account. This way, both of you could take advantage of the same domain. =)
