I would like to create trainings for volunteers. I’d like for them to watch a 5 minute segment of a video, and then answer a multiple choice question. How can I do this in Typeform? Is there a way?

Hi 
In the layouts settings on the question, you can choose to upload a Vimeo or YouTube video to have your respondents watch as shown below:
I would then suggest marking the question as required so they can’t skip over it.
