Question Types do not show on builder

I just get to Essential Plan, and i need to use:

 

Number Question & Dropdown question, but they do not show on builder.

 

What can i do?

Hi @crisman thank you for the screenshot! When you hover over the question type, you should be able to scroll through the question types to find the one you’d like (usually using your mouse or trackpad). :) I made a gif below to show you how!

    @crisman thanks for stopping by! You should be able to see those question types with the Essentials plan. :grinning:  Would you mind sending a video of what you’re currently seeing or a screenshot?
