Texts are out of containers on desktop and mobile

Hi,

 

Today I find the texts on our forms became not responsive with the devices. (see screenshots) They were normal yesterday. Texts appeared to be out of the containers, how do I fix this issue?

Desktop version ⬇️ Safari 15.1 Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1

 

Mobile Version ⬇️ Safari iOS 15.2.1 iPhone 13
