respondents not visible

I’m not sure I fully understand your issue, so let me confirm: After people answer your form, you can’t see the responses in the Results tab, under the Responses section? 

Yes under results there is nothing but i know two  people filled it out one being my wife so we could test it 

@pablo murillo How the Insights stats looks like? Would you mind to post a screenshot?

@pablo murillo - if you are trying to find out the identity of the respondent, you have to be sure that you are collecting that information in your quiz/form - for example, you can’t collect the name if you don’ ask for it or the email.. 

two other questions related: 1) have you published the final form (using the publish button in top right (just asking as this is something i overlooked in my first survey) and 2) did the users get to and click on the submit button (again just checking)
