Setting up automated personalized response?

I have a series of Typeform forms that capture leads from people interested in my company's products.

As it stands we manually respond to every single lead we receive with a personalized email as an introduction, and to let the lead know that we are available for any questions they may have. The reason is because we do not know how to automate the response process with a personalized email. So currently, we receive an email notification that a typeform lead submission has come in, and an appointment setter has to manually copy and paste a standard response we send everyone, but changing the NAME of the person and the email of who is receiving it.


How can we set up an automated email to be sent from you to every lead that submits a completed form?

@blockchaininstitute - are you using a CRM solution or an Email Service Provider (like Active Campaign, Mailchimp. etc)? 

if you do use something link that, then you can Connect your typeform to the CRM/ESP (either natively or through something like Zapier or Make) and have the lead information ingested into that platform and have it send out the email automatically. 

an alternative solution would be to use Google Sheets and an add-on like Document Studio - you would Connect your typeform to the Google Sheet and then set up the Document Studio software to merge the data from the new record into a customized email that Document Studio sends out via Gmail.
