Problem with MailChimp Integration - Email addresses not adding on my MailChimp list.

Hello!

When I first setup my MailChimp Integration on Typeform, it worked well.

Now, when someone answers our Typeform, their email addresses won’t be added to our MailChimp list.

I noticed this twice now and I was thinking maybe they didn’t consent to adding their email addresses to our subscription list (opt in) - which they were supposed to receive an email for.

So, I tried using a temporary email address to answer the form, but it didn’t receive any opt in messages.

What seems to be the problem? Is it here in Typeform or in MailChimp?

I hope someone can help me.

Hi @lrbartolata123 Happy Friday! Do the emails already exist in your Mailchimp account? If so, existing users won’t be added/updated to your Mailchimp account. 

If not, do you mind deleting the integration and re-adding it to see if this helps solve the issue? 😀
