The plan has been arbitrarily changed. I used a basic monthly plan by paying with my personal card, but changed to an annual plus plan using my company card. However, one month after I paid for the Basic Plan, the Basic Plan was automatically paid with my personal card. I would like to receive a refund for the portion I paid with my personal card.
