How can I cancel or downgrade a subscription I got just now? It was a mistake and I could not afford it

I was trying to register for the monthly subscription as I was only going to try it for a month first. I do not know what happened but I got an invoice for 290 USD saying it was for the yearly subscription. I really cannot afford it and I need to use the money to support myself this month. Can I perhaps get a refund or can anyone help me to downgrade the subscription to a monthly one? I really need help. Please help me.

all the contracts with Typeform are for a year… one version is you pay for the full year up front. the other is that you pay each month for the year. 

you need to reach out to the Typeform Support team at this link and raise the issue with Billing.

I used my last money to pay for a plan, which actually serves me no good ...
