I recently received an email offering the option to upgrade my account to an annual plan, with an additional two months for free. Could you please explain how this offer works? Specifically, I would like to clarify if I will receive a total of 14 months of service with a 12-month subscription, or if the two additional months would be credited towards my next renewal. Additionally, I noticed that there is no live chat feature within my account. Can you confirm the reason for its absence?

When you subscribe to our annual plan, we discount each month of service for 12 months. The total of those monthly discounts adds up to two months free.
As for chat, we offer live chat on our Business plans and higher. You can view our pricing here.
