Call button not working.

Hi there, I’m building a VA & the call button is not working when I’m trying to test it.  Refreshing does nothing.

I got it working. There was not a video template there and it confused me. Thank you for the prompt response.

    Hi @Angella Conrard are you referring to the live call option? As Liz said, if you can send a screenshot that will help us try to work out what’s going on 🙏
