Is there any possibility to customize the VideoAsk URL entirely? I mean not only adding a variable(s) behind the URL, but completely custom them.
I have seen the video on “How to fully customize your videoask URL”, but is there another way, since I’m a third party and have no access to their backend or subdomain.

We have a Help Center guide on how to setup a custom domain for your videoask and the guide you mentioned talks you through a cheat way to customize the slug at the end of the URL too.
