User retrieval of their responses

Other than emailing them, is there a way that users can view their responses to a typeform after they have submitted?

If not, Is there a way that set up a typeform and disables the “submit” function at the end?

I’m working on a project in which we are embedding typeforms in a course. We’d like to use typeforms as a workspace to respond to questions and be able to go back and see their responses as they complete the course content. When I’ve tested out, I notice that I no longer have access to my responses after I “submit”.

I appreciate any solutions or work arounds!

@exequiel3 - not really a way to limit a user to see only their data in the google sheet without turning this into a complete google sheets support issue.

best way is to use something like Document Studio with Google Sheets (and an output template in Google Slides or Docs) and merge the user’s data into the output template to create a pdf that is emailed to the user. that way they would have all their answers.

you could also use followups inside Typeform to send the user a notification email from Typeform with their answers.

Hi @exequiel3 Happy Fri-yay! Besides sharing the link to the entire report, we don’t have a feature that would show them their individual responses nor the option to disable the submit button.

Would you be able to integrate with another platform, such as Google Sheets, to show responses?

@Liz  Thank you for your response! Regarding the Google Sheets integration, user would have also be able to see all other user responses, correct? Or is there a way that the user would also be able to see only their individual response with that integration?

Hi @exequiel3 in our native integration, they would see all of the responses if the sheet was set to public, but you could try to create custom reports for them. @john.desborough might have more insight on this!
