Can the first question send the respondent to two different forms?

I

I want to create a form where i start with asking; Are you a founder or a leader? And then, depending on the reply - I send them onm two different paths with different questions. Is that possible?

Yes, it definitely is, @Iselin Larsen ! You can do this with logic jumps - have you had a look at this feature yet?
