Avoiding no-reply@typeform.com when replying to enquiries

Hi, When I reply to a customer enquiry my reply goes to no-reply@typeform.com even though the customer left their email address. How do I avoid this please?

@RING jewellers - if you set up a follow-up notification to the user from Typeform or to yourself, and are replying to THAT message, it will be the no-reply… as that is only a notification about the form. 

can you include a screenshot of the email and how you have it set up? that will help us troubleshoot
