How do I enable multiple submissions?

Hi there,

We've made a Typeform-tool in which users will be re-directed in a new tab to a certain website after a few steps, based on the given answers. So far it works pretty flawlessly except that users can't be re-directed twice. After a submissions the button to re-submit doesn't work anymore. As a user you have to fill in the entire form again from scratch. That's unfortunate because users tend to try out multiple website, we’ve learned so far beta-testing.

Long story short, is there a possibility to enable multiple submissions in the same form without having to start from scratch?

Help is much appreciated.

when the form is submitted, you can not change your responses.

If the form is opened directly via URL, you will be redirected away from the form on submit and you will no longer have access to the filled out form. You can visit the form again and fill it out from the start.

To embed the form you could use our Embed SDK and some JavaScript to handle onSubmit event and reload the form. Respondents will need to fill out the form from start, however they will not be “stuck” with a previusly filled out form.

    Hi @De Creatieve Coalitie Thanks for stopping by the community! This is an interesting use case. Once the form is submitted, the respondent would need to fill out the form again to see the submission button. 

    Though, do you mind sharing more about how you’ve embedded the typeform into your website/tool? That might spur some ideas to help with a solution!

    We've embedded the Typeform with a button (pop-up) and opens automatically after scrolling 60% after the button. 

    Like I said; the form works rather excellent except for this problem. We've noticed while beta-testing that users don't really understand why they can't explore multiple options and consequentially think it's broken. If you have any suggestions that would be much appreciated.

    @mathio do you think there is any possibility if they created multiple forms to have it redirect within the same popup window as a workaround?
