Possible to have end screens synced all across forms?

Hi ​@Pongor Group Happy Fri-yay! I hope you’re having a good one. This is an interesting request. While we don’t currently have a feature like this available, I can share this idea with our product team. If you don’t mind sharing more about the reports/end screens that you have, I’m happy to add this along to the request!

​@Pongor Group ​@Liz - i think the easiest way to do this would be to create a ‘landing page’ and redirect all the forms to that one landing page upon completion (same url) - you could update that weekly ..

Thank you for the ideas, I will also take this up with my team, but based on our clients, it already diffiult to get them them fill in their reports, let alone to redirect them to another page. We came up the idea of having a ‘candy’ at the end of the report for them so they have to fill it in. That ‘candy’ would be changed weekly if we can find a solution. 

Attached the end screen. Our clients enjoy quotes from their teacher, so we wish to add them and hopefully change them weekly. But since we barely get 60% of them to fill these in, and we need to call them all the time to remind them of their reports, we are hoping this ‘candy’ inspires them to fill the reports without us having to call them.

Oh this is a cute idea, ​@Pongor Group ! Thanks for sharing this! Just an idea, but maybe in the email (or even on the welcome screen), you could preview who/what the candy is about that week to hopefully get them to fill in the form and thus, see the entirety of it!

That’s a good idea as well. I ran it by my team and they agreed an external URL isn’t our way to go, so we will try to see how long it takes to change the end screen one by one, but if it ever becomes possible to have a template which i can add to all the forms so I only need to change one end screen image, do let me know :) Thank you Liz
