Thank you page without or with less typeform-branding


Hi there,
I’ve just started using the free Typeform-plan for a very simple sign-up form. The one thing that really annoys me is the in-your-face Typeform-branding on the confirmation/thank you-page.

Do I understand the pricing plans correctly in that I’d have to use the “Business”-plan to put any customization (and remove the strong Typeform-ad) on the thank you-page? I’d guess this should be a basic feature so I really hope I misunderstand the pricing table.

Hi @Schlimfseil Happy Monday! :grinning: Thanks for stopping by the community. You are correct that you would need the Premium plan in order to remove the Typeform branding on the form. 

Though, the Premium plan does come with some other handy features such as the option to use the file upload question, set a response limit, plus live chat with our support team if you ever need help. :grin: You can learn more about the Premium plan here, but let me know if there is anything else I can answer!

Thanks Liz for the speedy response. However, I’m running a website with 100-200 sign-ups per month. Paying >70€ per month for a signup-form (albeit really slick) seems completely unreasonable, just as paying >20€ per month for a form with very strong Typeform-branding and no option to customize the thank you-page seems completely unreasonably.

Unfortunately you will not win me as a customer with these pricing plans.
