Right To Publish Waiver

a.a.

Hello all!

Newbie here. I am creating a survey for book research and want people to submit images. So I need to implement a rights to publish waiver. Not sure if this is the same as consent since I am having them waive something specific. If you can link me the discussion that addresses how to go about doing this it would be appreciated.

Hi @a.a. Welcome to the community and happy Friday! There are a few ways to go about this, depending on how long the consent is. If it’s just a sentence or two, you could add a legal question to your form that the respondent would be required to agree to.

Otherwise, you could hyperlink to the consent on your website in the description of a question.

Would either of those options work for you?
