Is it a fixed tax? How would be the calculation to add it? I'm asking because, depending on the setup, you can use the calculation feature to add the tax to the price of your product. :)
Once we have more details, we'll be able to help further!
Hey Mariana!
Thanks for helping, Yes it is a fixed tax, I was able to find a way to add it buy using a Multiply price function but the thing is it’s not accurate enough. Here in Quebec our taxes are at 14.975%. I know I could round it up but I was wondering why Typeform doesnt have a built in tax system since they have the payment options for form.
Any way around using 15%?
@Gabriel Clerk - am in Ottawa here and it is always fun.
at the moment the best i could come up with here is that you can multiply the price of an item by 14.97 or 14.98 as it goes only to 2 digits of accuracy in Typeform
hopefully that limitation can be added to product update list @Mariana

I have done something similar for an order form by creating a variable called “gst” (am Canadian) and to calculate the tax it took several steps to get the tax issue:
use a subtotal variable to collect the values of what has been selected
add the final subtotal to the gst variable
multiply the gst variable by .13 to calculate the tax
add the subtotal and gst to price
use recall on page to show subtotal, gst and final price

How do I charged sales tax and shipping on my form? I see that Stripe has the sales tax calculator but how do i add that to my Typeform? Its great they added an Address section but whats they point if they don't have shipping cost to go with it? Was typeform not set up for E-commerce?
@Mariana this is really not satisfying. I really use and love typeform a lot, but for a professional use it is important zu calculate with taxes. So it really should be possible to multiply with % or at least with 4 digits like: 1.2456
Hope you can fix that otherwise promoting and offering Stripe makes no sense unfortunately.
