In the free plan, does each answer count or each time a form is completed?

Thank you so much - So just to be 100% clear if people don’t finish and click submit then it is not counted, even if they are halfway through the form? Only if someone clicks submit is it counted?

if the typeform presents the submit button at the end of the form, it will send the data and count as a response. 

if the questions are not made mandatory - ie have to be answered before the submit button will let the user complete the form - the it is possible that ‘part’ of your form is complete and an ‘incomplete form’ would be submitted. 

you should determine what is required and what is optional. if you want all questions answered before being able to submit the response, then make sure that you make each question mandatory.
