Hi, I wanted to create the NPS survey, but I would like to highlight the buttons in different colours:

  • β€œ1–6 (Detractors 😞)” - red

  • β€œ7–8 (Passives 😐)” - orange

  • β€œ9–10 (Promoters 😍)” - green

Β

Is it possible to do it within Typeform or should I use another tool?

Hi @Karl OLΒ great question!

Because the NPS question is a standardized way of measuring satisfaction, it’s not possible to add in these additional design elements.Β

If you want to get more creative, you could use the Opinion Scale question, and add in emojis to engage a reaction, although it’s not possible to add different colors to the numbers:

Or, you couldΒ get even more experimental and use the Picture Choice question to gather feedback - just a thought!Β

Hope this helps, let us know if you have more questions and if you decide to design your own opinion scale.
