E mailresponse to client

Hi from Aotearoa, New Zealand !
With the email response to client ( automated when added to form) it shows in the form and as also tuned on, but if I test with my email address I don’t receive a response and many clients tell me they also do not. I have ensured this is on before I publish my form and everything looks accurate, is it reliable !

Hi @Shayne Thanks for stopping by the community. If you’ve published all the changes to your form and ensured that the notifications are turned on, you’ll want to contact our support team here. They can log into your account, take a look at the form settings, and test this for you. 

Be sure to contact them from your account email and include the form URL!
