I have seen emails that include a smile and sad icon for use with the question, how do you rate this email? Can icons be added in the free version?

Hi @Mamboman It depends which features you’re using, but you can add icons to certain questions. In this case, the easiest way to do this would be either through the picture choice question (using your own icons) or the rating question (in which you can use our icons).
