How to edit "placeholder" for phone number type question?

Currently the placeholder is prefixed with “0” we want to remove it.
Is there a way to edit placeholder?

Hi @rajsheth Welcome to the community! It isn’t possible to edit the placeholder at this time, but do you mind sending a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Usually the placeholder shows a random number like this:
