Typeform developers

I want to preface this by saying this post is coming from a place of frustration.Now before I go into technical explanations on this, I have some questions for either the developers or the UX team because it looks like there is a missing link somewhere. People have been waiting for almost 2 years now over here, to get the simple ask of knowing WHAT ending screen users ended up on. I unfortunately needed this information to send emails accordingly. I also want this system to be robust, because it is completely unreasonable to expect end-users or developers even to have to rewrite everything for a minor change in logic to a form. Now, this is already bad, and I think clarity is super important rather than repeatedly saying that “Our product team is currently working on adding the endings into the results”. I was creating a webhook for typeform in Ruby on Rails and it is working fine. I was trying to add authentication using the secret by following https://developer.typeform.com/webhooks/secure-your-webhooks/ . I tried using exactly the same code given in the documentation but still the received and actual signatures are different. I tried verifying the payload & secret by converting it SHA-256 in an online encryptor and there the hash produced is same as what i get when doing the encryption in the code. the authorization token passed in the typeform request header is wrong. Can someone help me here.

Hi, I am testing the “Workspace” apis from Create apis request. I am using the same method as mentioned in the documentation of typeform but I am getting the error ‘500 Gateway error’. Kindly guide me about this error if I am doing something wrong? I have also attached the screenshot of the request. 

Would like your support on figuring out if these are possible. Q1. Link a self updating list that’s on google sheets as a dropdown field on a typeform. Q2. Pull a question from the google sheet based on the dropdown selectionTo make it a bit more sensible, here’s how this scenario would work. Person A submits typeform 1 Data is pulled to a google sheet and a unique ID is provided. (this is done for each submission) Person B given Person A’s unique ID and is asked to respond to some answers given by person A in typeform 1. Person B goes to Typeform 2.  Has to select the unique ID from the Drop down (Q1 above) The form should pull a response (based on the unique ID) given by Person A in typeform 1 as a question to Person B. (Q2 above)Hope it makes sense!Is this possible on typeforms? All of the sudden I’m having press CTRL+ENTER to submit? In Settings / Messages that option does not exist so I can’t change it back. Same survey in english version there is no keyboard shortcut at all. What is going on? How to make tings simpler?

Hello,Following my last post, i’ve written some functions in Python that generate a test form-response from a supplied form_id. This form response has a random set of valid answers and so simulates a user taking a survey. I’m quite pleased with how this has turned out and we’ll start using this as part of our CI/CD process which should allow our team to have faster form iterations while ensuring our python backend ETL processes don’t break.Currently this functionality isn’t available in the API or Admin, and I think it’s generally quite useful for testing webhooks and integrations so I wondered about building it into a publicly available library and wanted to discuss that...I notice there’s the official Typeform package in PyPi, and wondered whether it would be good to integrate any functionality I have into there? I’ve been using Typeform as a premium user for over over 7 years and everything is good but i need a bit more flexibility. One of our forms uses Picture Choice for colour swatches.(Background Info: The Form acts like a Sample Request. The customer selects the colour and pay for sample. But not every colour is available for us to post out as we have stock deliveries of samples. So That is why we need to manage this, some weeks we have none of 1 colour and sometimes we do. Taking payments for items not in stock is not even fair for the customer)Because some colours are not in stock, we don’t want the user to select this colour. But to continually change add / remove items from a picture choice that has over 200 options is not a feasible task. It is very time consuming.The only way I can think of is adding JQuery on the page that it is embeded on and use Jquery to Find the picture classes and add an ID for which i can add the CSS on the page. The JQuery works but does not work on this emb

Hi,I have many users (>100) to whom I deliver products weekly. I would like to automatically generate a short Typeform feedback form per user. The core issue is that I cannot use only one form, but I rather have to customize it, since each user receives different products.Since I already have the data per user in a g-sheet (i.e., which products the user received each week), my idea was to use one Typeform template and import the varying part of the form from the g-sheet. Is it possible to:1. Import data from g-sheets into Typeform? (I know the other way around is possible)2. Automatically create new Typeform feedback forms every week after I’ve updated the g-sheet?I have read through the Google Sheets integration documentation and haven’t been able to figure out whether the above-mentioned functionality is available. Hi, I’ve recently made a (Dutch) test where people people can look for the hosting plan that best fits their needs. After the test people get redirected to a link. This link is set up with the variables from the answers of the test. The problem: for some reason people get redirected to a URL which has underscores in it. It totally messes up the lay-out of the web page. I’ve got no idea why this happens. Here’s a video which shows the problem clearly: The website is made with WordPress, Elementor Page Builder, JetEngine, JetSmartFilters and LiteSpeed Cache. Is anyone familiar with this problem? Hello, Maybe I have a wrong understanding of how hidden field work, but basically what I am trying to do:For a project I want to get the results of a Typeform with a certain ID in my react application and do stuff with that data. for doing that stuff I need two other values which I already know from within the application: the user(name) and the other one is productArea, this is the page where they are at that moment. I thought hidden fields was a good solution for that. So my code for the typeform is:createPopup(formID, { size: 90, open: "load", hidden: { customerID: user, productArea: RMProductArea, }, onSubmit: (data) => { checkResponse(data.responseId); }, });both user as RMProductArea are variables with strings as valuesif I check in postman for the same responseId in the hidden field part, I see:"hidden": {}, Do I have a wrong understanding of hidden fields? is this an issue? am I doing something wrong? can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

It says account needs to be at trial although I wasn't able to publish form when I added hidden field in my trial account.

Sorry, this is not explained in great detail on the typeform site, and I have never done anything like this before. Please bear with me if this blindingly bleedin’ obvious to the more experienced amongst you.So… I now have a survey...We will embed it on our 1-pager site, and also on a dedicated page on our partner’s site. We will share the link by our email, by Mailchimp list, by our partner’s email list. We will also share the link via a Facebook page, a Twitter page and a LinkedIn page.So, by my reckoning that’s 8 separate utm packets of code. Correct?(1)   I assume I need to be tracking under utm_source.(2)   Do I create 8 versions of the same survey and then for each of them go to cog / settings / utm tracking, switch them all off except for utm source and then individually generate the appropriate code packet for each source, ie. &utm_source=facebook Sorry if that’s clumsy english (even clumsier tech speak!), but I’m not a techie, I’m a virtual assistant who knows a lot of MS
