Typeform developers

I’ve been using Typeform as a premium user for over over 7 years and everything is good but i need a bit more flexibility. One of our forms uses Picture Choice for colour swatches.(Background Info: The Form acts like a Sample Request. The customer selects the colour and pay for sample. But not every colour is available for us to post out as we have stock deliveries of samples. So That is why we need to manage this, some weeks we have none of 1 colour and sometimes we do. Taking payments for items not in stock is not even fair for the customer)Because some colours are not in stock, we don’t want the user to select this colour. But to continually change add / remove items from a picture choice that has over 200 options is not a feasible task. It is very time consuming.The only way I can think of is adding JQuery on the page that it is embeded on and use Jquery to Find the picture classes and add an ID for which i can add the CSS on the page. The JQuery work

Hello,Right now our typeform survey makes good use of the webhooks to send each response payload through our ETL backend for processing and analysis.It’s been about six weeks and while we have things working, I have suggestions for improvements i’d like to see that would enable things to work better for us.For us, typeform is a great way for the non-technical members of our team to have the ability to build a survey that looks good and quickly make changes from customer feedback.However, as it stands we can run into issues where changes to the survey made from the admin create panel can easily break our ETL pipeline. We’d like to solve some of these problems and I have some suggestions that I think would help that I hope would not require a large amount of effort to implement.Improvements to the payload I want to discuss the relationship between the field objects and correspondent answer objects in the payload.

Hi,I have many users (>100) to whom I deliver products weekly. I would like to automatically generate a short Typeform feedback form per user. The core issue is that I cannot use only one form, but I rather have to customize it, since each user receives different products.Since I already have the data per user in a g-sheet (i.e., which products the user received each week), my idea was to use one Typeform template and import the varying part of the form from the g-sheet. Is it possible to:1. Import data from g-sheets into Typeform? (I know the other way around is possible)2. Automatically create new Typeform feedback forms every week after I’ve updated the g-sheet?I have read through the Google Sheets integration documentation and haven’t been able to figure out whether the above-mentioned functionality is available. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks :)

Hey,We have a floating call to action on our website, so when our form is opened the start/buttons are blocked by this call to action button.  Is it possible to exclude the typeform from mobile or modify the layout?Many thanks.

Hi, I’ve recently made a (Dutch) test where people people can look for the hosting plan that best fits their needs. After the test people get redirected to a link. This link is set up with the variables from the answers of the test. The problem: for some reason people get redirected to a URL which has underscores in it. It totally messes up the lay-out of the web page. I’ve got no idea why this happens. Here’s a video which shows the problem clearly: The website is made with WordPress, Elementor Page Builder, JetEngine, JetSmartFilters and LiteSpeed Cache. Is anyone familiar with this problem? Hello, Maybe I have a wrong understanding of how hidden field work, but basically what I am trying to do:For a project I want to get the results of a Typeform with a certain ID in my react application and do stuff with that data. for doing that stuff I need two other values which I already know from within the application: the user(name) and the other one is productArea, this is the page where they are at that moment. I thought hidden fields was a good solution for that. So my code for the typeform is:createPopup(formID, { size: 90, open: "load", hidden: { customerID: user, productArea: RMProductArea, }, onSubmit: (data) => { checkResponse(data.responseId); }, });both user as RMProductArea are variables with strings as valuesif I check in postman for the same responseId in the hidden field part, I see:"hidden": {}, Do I have a wrong understanding of hidden fields? is this an iss

It says account needs to be at trial although I wasn't able to publish form when I added hidden field in my trial account.

Sorry, this is not explained in great detail on the typeform site, and I have never done anything like this before. Please bear with me if this blindingly bleedin’ obvious to the more experienced amongst you.So… I now have a survey...We will embed it on our 1-pager site, and also on a dedicated page on our partner’s site. We will share the link by our email, by Mailchimp list, by our partner’s email list. We will also share the link via a Facebook page, a Twitter page and a LinkedIn page.So, by my reckoning that’s 8 separate utm packets of code. Correct?(1)   I assume I need to be tracking under utm_source.(2)   Do I create 8 versions of the same survey and then for each of them go to cog / settings / utm tracking, switch them all off except for utm source and then individually generate the appropriate code packet for each source, ie. &utm_source=facebook Sor

Hi, I would like to improve the page speed of my site that is build through webflow. I have several buttons that are basically triggering a pop up with a typeform contact form. Right now this pop is just hidden and will show up when the user clicks the contact button. For this reason the typeform loads with the page in any case.Any ideas how I could make a delay like 4s for the load of the typeform after the page is loaded?that’s the website: working-smart.de

Hey all! I’m seeing a pretty large discrepancy between my facebook TypeformSubmit events, Typeform UI form submits, and internal counts. Is anyone else experiencing this post iOS 14.5? I’m using a workaround that was mentioned on this thread, that is getting my pixel events closer to actual submits, but still about 25% short. 

If the default flag for the country code is defined, users should not be requested to insert it on the field, particularly because the example for data imput does not request it. It is a BUG from my point of view unless I am doing something wrong. I am receiving lots of complains about it.Any Help?

Hi everyone!Our team currently has a landing page. On the landing page, there’s a text bar where users can enter their email address. Upon entering their email address, they are re-directed to a TypeForm registration. We have been receiving reports from prospective users that after they enter their email address, nothing happens! In some cases, nothing happens when they hit “Enter”. In other cases, they are redirected, but TypeForm won’t load, and it's just a blank screen. In most cases, when we ask the user to signup in Incognito Mode / Private Mode, the TypeForm does work!This morning, we checked our Analytics and there’s a decently large number of users that enter an email, but are unable to access the signup form. As such, we're wondering what might be happening? Ad blockers? Cookies? etc.? Thank you so much everyone!

Good morning,I would need to pass the value of when the first form is done to the second form to make some logical jumps.Obviously the two forms are connected to each other, so when the first form is completed I am redirectedon the second form. So based on the time in which the first form is concluded I would like the second to meshowed one thing rather than another.Example: if the first form is completed before 17:00,then in the second form I would show him something about the lunch.If, on the other hand, the first form was completed after 6pm, I would show him something about the dinner.I hope I explained myself.

Hello everyone, We found that on mobile, the header on this page obscures the Typeform when it’s launched. It only does this with the Typeform page so I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar issue.  

Does deleting survey deletes all its responses as well ?
