I have been configuring type form surveys in Intercom messenger for some time now and have recently encountered weird behavior that I can’t fix.
In intercom messenger settings I go through the process of +App > choose type form > choose the survey that I want to display in-line > configure the block > set it live.
When I test it in production and tap on the “Take survey” button in messenger I am presented with this screen instead of the survey in-messenger:
