Hi,

Got a GCLID hidden on my typeform and when you visit the typeform URL it transfers the GCLID over but when the form is embedded it won’t work.

Code as below;

<div style="width: 100%; height: 500px;" data-tf-widget="nwKdeQ" data-tf-iframe-props="title=Artificial Grass Group Enquiry" data-tf-medium="snippet" data-tf-hidden="gclid=xxxxx"></div>
<script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script>

Thanks!

Hi @establishd Could you send the URL where you have the form embedded as well? Thanks!

https://www.artificialgrassgroup.co.uk/artificial-grass-installation/

It won’t let me link but if you go ‘google.co.uk’ and search artificial grass group, then go to “compare prices” in the tab.

Thanks, @establishd ! I see the URL above. @mathio do you happen to know why this wouldn’t be working?

Any help would be appreciated.

Can someone help with this from Typeform please?

@establishd - have you raised a ticket with Typeform Support yet? that is the official support location and you can do so at this link.   The team from Typeform does help in here but it isn’t the official support area…. and they are in here only during their working hours…

someone will get back to you as soon as they can….
