I am looking to hire someone who can help me create forms and then help me add those forms onto a diary. Maybe an integration? Im not very technical sorry. The idea is that the staff can see that a task is due on a particular day, for example health and safety check list, then can click on the form from the diary, and work their way through the form answering questions.
Then next part of the test will be for me to integrate those results on a website so they can be viewed on my own layout.
Can anyone suggest who might be able to help with this? all or part of the task?
