Personalizing? keep it simple plz!

Hi, Why has personalizing become such a hassle with hidden fields and logic jumps?

It worked just fine to simply insert a name field. Can’t that simple option be restored?

Thanks for your reply. I already solved it. It was simply done by using a “@” sign to insert an answer to one of the questions you asked before. The result is that you can adress users using their name.
