Hi! I am a newbie to Typeform and so far have been able to build out a couple of assessments successfully BUT I hit a wall and feel like it’s time to bring in some help.
I think the work to be done on this form is relatively easy -- it’s a multiple-question assessment with four outcomes … I can’t figure out how to score or deliver outcomes.
I’m looking for someone to resolve that issue and shine a light on missed opportunities with typeform.

Hi Liz! Thank you for your response. I was able to crate the form, and assign point values. What I can’t figure out is how to score the assessment (I think Typeform does that automatically but not certain) nor how to deliver outcome based on score.
Does that make sense? If not, I’m happy to allow access to the form or provide screen shots
